ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We know that pets are like family so we will accommodate them as such. Upon booking, you will be required to give information about your pet/s (size, breed, etc.). A one time pet fee will be associated with your booking. If major damages occur from the pet, additional fees may incur.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
To help Milner Ent. run smoothly and to cover the cost of services like 24/7 customer support and cleaning, we charge a service fee when a booking is confirmed. Our guests are required to leave the property in the tidiest condition. All trash should be placed in respectable bins and eatery shall be left cleaned or placed in dishwasher ( if applicable), or an additional fee may incur.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made within 14 days of initial booking will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 14 days after initial booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in date will not receive a refund, but may be eligible for a booking credit.
